VICTORINO CUETO, C. Ss. R. . is currently the Shrine Rector of the National Shrine of Our Mother of Perpetual Help (Redemptorist Church) in Baclaran, Parañaque City. He obtained both his Doctorate in Sacred Theology and Doctorate of Philosophy in Theology from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. Currently he teaches Theology of the Mission in SVST. Some of his publications are “Tactics of the Weak: Exploring Everyday Practice with Michel de Certeau. Towards a Theology of Everyday Life.” Unpublished Doctoral Dissertation, Catholic University of Louvain, 2011 and “Out of Place’: Exilic Existence in a Hyper Globalized World.” In Faith on the Move.
