Fr. Victor Nicdao’s interest is in New Testament Exegesis. Since 2003 he taught at St. Vincent School of Theology. Earlier, he served as the Dean of Studies, Professor of Philosophy and Theology at Mother of Good Counsel Seminary in Pampanga from 1986-1989. Within the same year, he taught as a Professor of Philosophy and Theology at Holy Apostles Senior Seminary in Makati. He also served as a lecturer of the New Testament at Maryhill School of Theology in 1999-2002.  In addition to his degree in theology, he also obtained Masters in Business Administration in Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He also took up language courses in Dutch, German and French in Belgium, Germany and France respectively. Currently, he is a lecturer in Loyola School of Theology. He is also Rector of Mother of Good Counsel Seminary in Pampanga. In addition, he is a member of the Archdiocesan Presbyteral Council as well as the head of the Committee on Clergy Affairs.
