Emiliano Q. Ibera III is a lay faculty who joined St. Vincent School of Theology (SVST) in 2014. He teaches Pastoral Theology. He also teach in the Hapag-Layko program. Aside from teaching, he is also involved in several urban poor communities in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. He held several responsibilities while working with these communities, such as community organizer, project planner, and consultant. He attended different trainings here and abroad, such as the Theological Exchange Program between the University of Vienna and Inter-congregational Theological Center in Vienna Austria in 2005. At present, he directs a project cooperation with DKA-Austria and the Papal Foundation.
