Dave Dean Capucao

Dave Dean Capucao is a priest of the Prelature of Infanta. He teaches Theology of Mission in St. Vincent School of Theology (SVST). He also teaches theology in Maryhill School of Theology (MST) and Institute of Formation and Religious Studies (FRS). He is a member of the Presbyteral Council of the Prelature of Infanta and other international organizations, including The Netherlands School for Advanced Studies in Theology and Religion (NOSTER), and the International Society of Empirical Research in Theology (ISERT). His research interests include religion, human rights, good governance and ethnic conflict. His dissertation project is “Ethnocentrism and Religion: An Empirical-Theological Study of Attitudes of Church Members Towards Minorities”, and his ongoing research is on “Secularization and Spirituality in the Philippines” in collaboration with the Institute of Spirituality in Asia. Currently, he is assigned as formator of St. Joseph Formation House in Quezon City.
